Walking down here yesterday and this valve thing started to blow. It’s a strange sight with pipes leading from one fire hydrant to another.
The other side of the street is a maze of pipes and hoses running through yards.
I have no idea how long this has been going on or why because it actually looks permanent as there is no construction on the street. Hopefully, there is a logical explanation.
