In his desire to contribute positively to the progress towards the reconstruction of the Turcot Interchange, Mr. Richard Bergeron, PhD in urban planning, leader of Projet Montreal, and city councillor for the district of Jeanne-Mance, would like to invite you to the formal presentation of his practical proposal to solve the Turcot stalemate.
Armed with facts and figures to back him up, Mr. Bergeron will demonstrate that it is possible to reconcile the hopes and visions of different stake-holders concerning this issue which is so crucial to the future development of Montreal; and that, with neither budget increases nor any delays.
