A few years ago someone gave me a box of slides that had been taken on someone else’s vacations and I have lately been scanning some of them. They are pretty badly covered in a magenta hue and are losing detail. I think they go back to at least the 60′s, but have no idea how they were stored. I am no restoration expert, but thought I might share what I have been coming up with.
