Got caught in the rain on Wellington late this afternoon. Once you get wet, it becomes fun.
This one does not do justice to how much it was like night on the street and day in the sky.
Clearing up. The building on the left was once the 5th Avenue Theatre which became a CBC studio for a few decades and now is still alive as a Videotron outlet. In the 50′s kids could watch horror films 2 for a quarter. It was also used for stage and musical productions and was even a Presbyterian church at one point. Will probably do a proper post on it one of these days.
Red roofed building is Vincent Submarines.
Bonus shot. All this rain coming down so quickly reminded me of the time the Saint Remi Tunnel flooded in the early 80′s.
